iNBest Corporate Social Responsibility decalogue. Our 10 principles for sustainable and responsible business.
Committed to promoting social responsibility among our stakeholders, E-ngenium Infraestructura, S de RL de CV (iNBest) expresses the importance of professing, accepting and disseminating the decalogue of socially responsible business, which has been promoted by the Mexican Center for Philanthropy AC (CEMEFI), being the following decalogue:
- Promotes and drives a culture of responsible competitiveness that seeks business goals and success, while contributing to the well-being of society.
- Makes its values public, combats corrupt practices internally and externally, and operates based on a code of ethics.
- Lives by schemes of participatory leadership, solidarity, service and respect for human rights and human dignity.
- Promotes favorable working conditions for quality of life and human and professional development of its entire community (employees, families, shareholders and suppliers).
- Respects the ecological environment in each and every operation and marketing process, in addition to contributing to environmental preservation.
- Identifies the social needs of the environment in which it operates and collaborates in their solution, promoting development and improvement of quality of life.
- Identifies and supports social causes as part of its business action strategy.
- Invests time, talent and resources in the development of the communities in which it operates.
- Participates, through cross-sector alliances with other companies, civil society organizations, chambers, groups and/or government, in the discussion, proposals and attention to social issues of public interest.
- Takes into account and involves its staff, shareholders and suppliers in its social investment and development programs.
