Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy

Objective, scope and commitment

This policy aims to establish the guidelines and principles that govern the ethical conduct of all iNBest collaborators regarding the prevention of bribery and corruption.

This policy applies to all collaborators, executives, suppliers, business partners and third parties acting on behalf of or representing iNBest.

We categorically reject any form of bribery, corruption, extortion or improper conduct.

Prohibitions

• Offering, promising, giving or authorizing payments, gifts, entertainment or other benefits to obtain or retain business or any other undue advantage.
• Soliciting or accepting bribes, illegal commissions, facilitation payments or any undue benefit from third parties.
• Making political contributions on behalf of the company without proper authorization.
• Falsifying accounting or financial records to conceal improper payments.
• Using intermediaries, agents or third parties to carry out activities prohibited by this policy.

Due diligence and reporting

Before establishing business relationships with third parties, suppliers, agents or partners, iNBest will carry out appropriate due diligence procedures to assess associated corruption risks.

Anyone who has knowledge or suspicion of a violation of this policy must report it immediately to te.escuchamos[at]inbest.cloud. Confidentiality and protection against retaliation are guaranteed.

Non-compliance with this policy may result in disciplinary action as well as possible civil and criminal legal consequences.
