Optimize customer service with an AI-powered chatbot

Manpower Group is a global leader in innovative human capital services and solutions, connecting more than 600,000 people with formal employment across diverse industries around the world. It offers recruitment, selection, and talent outsourcing services to companies, enabling them to efficiently manage their workforce.

Problem

Given the large volume of inquiries they receive daily, Manpower Group faced the challenge of quickly and efficiently responding to their employees' requests regarding their employment status. These inquiries were repetitive and required considerable human effort to respond to each one.

Our Solution

Manpower Group approached iNBest.cloud with the goal of automating this process and offering immediate, high-quality responses to its employees. The proposal consisted of implementing a BPM (Business Process Management) system that would centralize information and a chatbot that, through authentication, would provide relevant data.

The developed chatbot allows users to subscribe to and manage notifications, view training and career plans, access Manpower's content library, and obtain information about new job openings once their contract ends. All of this was achieved using development tools and Amazon Web Services (AWS) services such as Amazon EC2, Amazon S3, Amazon RDS, Amazon Lex, AWS Comprehend, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.

Factors determinants

The developed chatbot provides users with a 24/7 accessible interface, allowing them to ask questions and receive immediate answers. The conversation flow was designed with clear and direct messages, focused on user needs and connected to BPM.

Thanks to AWS Lambda, data is obtained quickly and the response time is immediate, compared to the past, where responses could take hours or even days due to the manual talent support process.

With the implementation of this AI-powered chatbot and the Amazon Web Services used, Manpower Group has managed to optimize its customer service, providing fast and accurate responses, improving the employee experience, and streamlining the company's internal processes.
