
Vitro Arquitectónico is a Mexican company with over 110 years of history dedicated to the development and marketing of glass. Thanks to its collaboration and constant innovation, it has become the leading glass manufacturer in Latin America and one of the most important worldwide.
Problem
Vitro Arquitectónico's business unit, Vitro Architectural Glass, was facing difficulties in its marketing and sales departments due to the large number of requests received from prospects and customers through its communication channels. The team was unable to efficiently address all requests.


Our Solution
In collaboration with iNBest, we proposed implementing a chatbot on the WhatsApp platform to improve the experience for interested users. The chatbot, called "VINI," was created and implemented to provide support, basic information, and resolve questions quickly and easily.
The development and implementation of the chatbot were carried out in close coordination with the Vitro Arquitectónico team. A creative proposal was sought that would allow VINI to interact with users in a friendly and effective manner.
Results: The implementation of VINI streamlined and improved the customer experience throughout Vitro Architectural Glass's value chain. The chatbot provided quick responses and resolved questions immediately, which accelerated the purchasing process.
VINI has conducted thousands of conversations, providing detailed information on product features and even sharing photos instantly. This has allowed users to get quick answers that previously might have taken hours or even days to answer with a real person.
Furthermore, VINI's success and functionality have expanded to various communication channels, including WhatsApp, the website, and Facebook Messenger. This has made VINI a multiplatform chatbot, bringing Vitro Arquitectónico's products closer to the end user.
