The challenge
Parco was born just over 10 years ago with a clear mission: to create a digital payments ecosystem for mobility and vehicles. Its core product — parking fee payments — already operates in more than 400 parking facilities nationwide and serves millions of users across Mexico, backed by accelerated growth and recent investment rounds.
Growing at that pace brings manual processes that still need automation and a technology stack that required reinforcement with new tools. The real challenge was not just identifying what was missing, but deciding in what order to solve it: what to implement first, what next, and how to sequence each piece without slowing down operations.
The solution
It all started with a diagnosis. iNBest worked with Parco on an in-depth analysis of its technology stack, resulting in a complete roadmap: a guide to map, prioritize, and sequence the key tools to implement.
From there, execution advanced on two fronts. On technology: implementation of tools and consulting processes to strengthen the existing infrastructure. On business: reinforcement of customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise resource planning (ERP), and other niche tools that support Parco's operational processes.
AI is also part of the conversation, but not as a trend: iNBest has played a key role in building a solid technology foundation on which any automation, LLM, or AI process can be deployed safely and efficiently. For Parco, the difference was not just the tools, but the partnership: an extended collaboration focused on its long-term growth, as an ally rather than just another vendor.
