Vitro Arquitectónico

The challenge

Vitro Arquitectónico is a Mexican company with over 110 years of history dedicated to glass development and commercialization. Thanks to their constant collaboration and innovation, they have become the leading glass manufacturer in Latin America and one of the most important worldwide.

Vitro Arquitectónico's business unit, Vitro Architectural Glass, faced difficulties in marketing and sales departments due to the large number of requests they received from prospects and clients through their communication channels. The team could not efficiently handle all requests.

The solution

In collaboration with iNBest, it was proposed to implement a chatbot on the WhatsApp platform to improve the experience of interested users. The chatbot, called "VINI", was created and implemented with the goal of providing attention, basic information, and resolving questions quickly and easily.

The development and implementation of the chatbot were carried out in close coordination with the Vitro Arquitectónico team. A creative proposal was sought that would allow VINI to interact with users in a friendly and effective manner.

VINI has conducted thousands of conversations, providing detailed information about product characteristics and even sharing photographs instantly. This has allowed users to get quick responses that previously could have taken hours or even days with a real person.

Additionally, VINI's success and functionality have been expanded to different communication channels, including WhatsApp, Website, and Facebook Messenger. This has turned VINI into a multiplatform chatbot, bringing Vitro Arquitectónico products closer to the end user.
