The challenge
Uni-Trade is a group specializing in foreign-trade and logistics services, combining customs, transportation, warehousing, and related capabilities. Its main challenge was to connect quickly with external customer platforms operating under different standards without losing traceability for each transaction.
The integration had to meet regulations and global standards, incorporate disaster-recovery and business-continuity plans, and be completed under critical time pressure. The scope extended beyond development to include exhaustive testing and a Go Live process coordinated with Uni-Trade's own customers.
The solution
iNBest proposed a complete cloud ecosystem rather than a set of isolated products. The project brought together Guidanceplex, Software Factory, Power BI Pro licenses, and D&A Professional Services under a shared operating model for the iNBest and Uni-Trade teams.
A group of iNBest specialists joined forces with Uni-Trade's team to align the architecture with its customers' actual needs. The solution enabled information to flow from external platforms into Uni-Trade's internal systems and back again, maintaining traceability and rigorous compliance throughout the process.
