The challenge

Destiladora La Roca is a relatively young tequila distillery: just two years in operation, in an industry with distilleries boasting more than 200 years of history. Even so, it is committed to the quality and tradition of artisanal tequila, with organic certification and its own agave. With around 30 people, it operates from Amatitán, Jalisco, with a market focused mainly on exports.

The company transforms raw material with equipment that is not highly technological.
